How to Make a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches Pantsmemory Tree Service to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to complain and what happens next. It is a general template and not legal advice.
What You Can Raise
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Pantsmemory Tree Service
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
- How a provider we connected you with behaved
If the Problem Is a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If tree work at your property went badly, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.
Please tell us as well. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider who keeps falling short may be removed. Know that Pantsmemory Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@pantsmemory.property and include:
- Your name and how we can reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you recall
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want
After You Write
We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We then look into what happened, which can include talking to the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
Still Unhappy?
If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed contractors, your state or local licensing office may be able to help too.
