Grow Your Tree Removal Business

Pantsmemory Tree Service is a referral service. We do not hire employees to do tree work. Instead, we invite independent contractors to join a provider network and receive homeowner requests from Phoenix and the Phoenix area.

Many of those homeowners are first-timers. They want a clear written quote and a fair explanation. If that sounds like how you already work, read on.

Who We Are Looking For

We are interested in local businesses that handle:

• Standard tree removal and trimming
• Stump grinding
• Storm tree clearance and urgent jobs after monsoon weather
• Work near tile roofs, flat roofs, block walls and tight subdivision lots

You should run your own crew, your own equipment and your own schedule.

What We Expect

Homeowners count on providers to act fairly. We ask that you:

• Hold the licenses and insurance your area requires
• Send quotes in writing with a clear scope
• Say plainly what is and is not included, such as haul-away or stump work
• Be honest about availability and avoid overpromising dates
• Respond politely to homeowners, even when you cannot take the job

We may pause or remove a provider who gets repeated complaints.

How the Arrangement Works

You stay independent. You set your own prices and decide which jobs to accept. Providers may pay a referral fee for connections. The details are shared when you apply.
