Referral Marketing Disclosure

Last updated: October 2026

You should know how Pantsmemory Tree Service works and how we earn money. This disclosure lays out our role. It is a general template and not legal advice.

What Pantsmemory Tree Service Is

Pantsmemory Tree Service is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent tree removal providers. We do not do tree removal, emergency or storm tree work, stump grinding, tree trimming or any other tree service.

When you call the number on this site or send a form, your call or request may go to an independent provider. It may also go to a marketing partner that works with providers in your area.

How We Get Paid

Providers or marketing partners may pay Pantsmemory Tree Service for the calls, form requests or other referrals we send them. The payment can depend on things such as how long a call lasts or whether it is answered. We may be paid even if you never hire the provider.

This payment does not change what a provider charges you. You pay the provider directly for any work you agree to, at the prices the provider sets.

Providers Run Their Own Business

Providers are independent businesses. They are not employees, agents or partners of Pantsmemory Tree Service. Each provider alone is responsible for:

• Its quotes, prices and terms
• The quality, safety and timing of its work
• Its licenses, insurance and certifications
• How it communicates and behaves with you

Being connected with a provider is not an endorsement of its work. Because of how we are paid, the provider you reach may depend on which providers are part of our network at that moment.

The Decision Is Yours

You never have to hire a provider we connect you with. Ask questions, check insurance, request a written quote and compare it with other quotes before you decide.

Recorded Calls

Calls made through this site may be tracked and, in some cases, recorded for quality, verification and billing.
